Mat foundation loads

hello ,

I am modeling a 20 stories and 4 basements  building .

I am designing the foundation .

The soil is sandy and have a low bearing capacity  and the water table is at ground level .

What i need to know is how can i define the water pressure at the mat ? is it by simpply applying a +z surface load ( of 10kn/m3 * h(water height))?

Thank u in advance

Surface Load with loads going Up for Base and Hydraulic Pressure for Walls on Mat Footing.
