looping instability type 3

Hi!

 

I having som problems with looping instability of type 3. I cant find the problem...

Can anyone help me? My model is in the link below.

Ignore it. This instability in this model is caused but internal tolerance solver settings.
Using multithreaded solver it is not reported.
