Load case code combinations in a phase structure

Hello, I'm trying to do the load case code combinations with the option "Manual combinations- generate".

In my structure I have two phases, I calculate, after that I collect phases, and then try to generate de combinations.

I follow the indicated steps:

1. Selecting cases and combinations and making groups and relations.

2. Choose the combinations to be generated.

But in this second step, I don't get any combination, where is my error?

Thank you very much for your help. When I do as shown in the video you ssent me, there is no problem. But the problem comes when I make different load cases groups for dead and live natures, and later I set relations between groups. When I go to the second step (select combinations to be generated), I don't get any combinations. Why may this occur?
