Hi everybody,

I think that the best way to connect robot and tekla is to use revit as model hub. Download the free plug in to send tekla model in revit and then use direct revit to robot.

The idea is interesting, but unfortunately for me it is the additional difficulty.
I want to establish two-way direct communication between Tekla-Robot.

TeDo Tekla-robot link is a link that allows you to transfer-export your model created with Tekla ( Tekla ) to Robot structural analysis.

I don't really know if exporting a model created with Robot to Tekla is possible.

I'm also interested about this link but I do not have a yahoo mail. Please let me know if someone could send it to me (I have a gmail mail).

Does it work also with RSA 2016?

Tekla has a programme to convert Robot models to Tekla models and vice versa. That program doesn't work very well. The conversion of models to RSA for example, some steel profiles will not convert and nodes are not lined up etc. The connections made in Tekla will not convert, only bars with nodes. We have tried several times. It's faster to make you onw model in RSA.
