license on a network

We're just wondering why the license is not working on our network(single user license). We try to restart the network but still the software runs in demo mode(RM v20.1). I already use it for the last 2 weeks.

You might have a corrupted CascadeInfo.cas file.  Is your License Manager running and showing available licenses?  Can you PING the license manager server?
