Joining bars in RSA2013

Is there a way to joing two seperate bars that have one common point into 1, just like in AutoCAD by the command join?

No,

 

Just delete the unwanted ones then change the end node of the remaining bar to "stretch" it to the correct length

After deleting unwanted bars, you also can use Extend command, from Edit menu.
