Isolated nodes and lost information after running

Good morning,

I am having an issue with a model I am working on. The model is fairly straightforward. A 2D plate where I've added a series of nodes to represent column and pile positions.

I first ran it in Robot 2013 version and noticed that after running some of the properties in the model were lost. For examples, few of the supports would disappear after running.

I then ran the model in a 2014 version of Robot and now, after running, I still loose the information on some of the nodes but I also get a warning for isolated nodes. Those isolated nodes are ALL the nodes I have added to identify Columns and Supports.

Could you possibly let me know how to fix this?

Please see below a wetransfer link to download the model I am working on.

Thank you

Regards

Ottavia
