Instability Type 3 Rx

I get instability type 3 Rx when I insert rigid links into my model... Is it because of the links that create a massive difference in stiffness in the model?  

I have checked for short element and bars, there are none.

Min/Max after decomposition: 9.104188e+003 2.931493e+017
Precision: 0

Can I ignore this warning?

Check rotation results in Displacement table.
If they are in reasonable range - ignore warning.
