How can i get over instabilities and fix them
should i go one by one and how can i detect them before the calculations phase ?
is there a way to check the whole structure stability ?
Local X direction of some panels can be fixed using "Local System Orientation" with the setting shown on the screen capture below. Here it is configured to set local X according to global X (components of the vector:1 0 0).
Appropriate panels are automatically selected when clicking the error message. It can be seen on your screen capture - "3520to3535 3538..." list.

how about the instabilities ?
Instabilities are described in this help topic:
http://docs.autodesk.com/RSA/2012/ENU/filesROBOT/GUID-52C292E1-5C73-4FB1-B4E0-E5E8107777D-615.htm
The method of correction depends on the reason of instabilities.
1/ it it is too many releases - then correcting releases
2/ is it is incorrect definition of supports - then correcting supports
3/ if the reason is in inaccuracies of the model (for instance not connected members which should be connected) - then correcting these inaccuracies
In case of problems to find the reason if instabilities please attach the file.
Reducing the size of attachment: using "Save as" with a new name and without results, then compressing to ZIP.
If it is still too big then look here
