I want to know how i can model hammerhead pier for bridge by using RSA 2014 & Also i want to know how i can make linear releases ...

A hammerhead pier from substructure elemnts in bridge .. i work on bridge project

4. having looked at your model, this is not a good way to model a bridge pier.  

5. it will be unstable, the only support is a single pinned support. 

6. defining a solid object with a "tube" made of shell elements is not a good representation of the real life thing.

apart from that;

7. no mesh

8. no properly defined materials or thickness

9. no loads

ya i know that .. there's no load cuz i want in the first to know how i can model hammerhead pier then i will exposed it to loads ... the questions is how i can model it as solid object .. can you tell me ?

can't just use a beam element?

howi can use beam elemnt with diagonal shape ?? i tried but this also wrong ...

Thsi depends how detailed the design you want to make. You can see teh distribution of internal forces and stresses modelling it as a solid, a shell or a bar structure. For the latter two you can have theoretical are of reinforcement but you may not be able to have the detailed reinfoprcement distribution in the pier (especially in the head part).

& Also i want to know how i can make linear releases ...

Try to draw a face and then extrude it.

when i do it .. it's appear as hollow object not solid ? so what's the solution ?

What you did was the extrusion of lines (shell model) rather than a face (surface) created in a solid model type
