influence of beams reinforcement into deflection calculation in RSA?

how can we take into account the influence of beams reinforcement into deflection calculation in RSA.

is this approch correct :

1. Calculate the structure in RSA.

2.Export wanted beam ( let say Beam-1 ) in beams Reinforcement Module

3.Calculate the real deflection at SLS taking into account the final reinforcement ( Let say Deflec-1 )

4.Return to RSA and Replace the beam-1 into RSA by beam-2 witch has a inertia that gives a deflection ( let say deflec-2) same as Deflec-1 at SLS in RSA

Thanks
