incoherent mesh on edges-file included

hello everyone,

i read alot about this error in the community and i tried on the solutions suggested whis is adjusting the nodes manually but i didnt know the strategy to do that and the right way to get red of this error

I want also to know if there are any errors in the model-note that the analytical model is taken from revit structure 2014

Also i want to know if this error affecs the results

All corners of panel 4 are inaccurately connected to all other meeting in these places.
