Importance factor for EN 1998-1:2004

How can i add importance factor for this code ?

Ok . 

What i understand is that  ag = Ground acceleration * Importance factor . Am i true ? 

.

Another question please , can you show me what factor Beta is ?  I opened the help but i am still confused .

β is the lower bound factor for the horizontal design spectrum.
NOTE The value to be ascribed to β for use in a country can be found in its National Annex. The recommended value for β is 0,2.
