how to know the exactly value

sorry for my bad English. I have problem about using Robot structural.

 

1/ Why RSAP shows two diffirent result of maximum moment for RC beam (see in the picture). it happens with a fews RC beam. Not all RC beams. The RC column shows the same value.

 

 

 

2/ how to have a result table with 2 value (maximum and minimum) for each RC beam or column. My table only show the value of the first point and the end point of RC beam.

For the display values are checked in some number of points along the diagram. As these numbers of points are not exactly the same for both ways of showing the results the values are slightly different. On the other hand looking at the shape of the diagram I assume that you defined offsets for your beams. Personally I would recommend to use the approach described in these two topics instead:
