Ground slab Menu

Hi everyone! Please help me to figure out the menu below:

What does this Transversal elasticity field mean? In help section it is said that Kx, Ky are coefficients but there are values for them just at right from the input fileds. Can someone explaine it's meaning?

The same as KZ but in the horizontal (along local X and Y axes of a panel) directions.

So it's necessary to fill in the same value in two fields (Ky, Kx) in order to make a calclation right. And when do those values need to be changed, in which cases?

The values depend on soil parameters and this decision is going to be yours. You can use 'standard' definition of horizontal supports (nodal, linear) instead. These values matter only if you want to restrain horizontal movement of a panel due to some elastic ground conditions.
