in the base plate, the upper valve must be less than the bottom, I return the result, don't understand why.

Здравствуйте еще раз, выполняю расчет фундамментной плиты, по результатам получается что нижняя арматура меньше верхней, а должно быть иначе. Подскажите пожалуйста что может быть не так, спасибо.

Assuming that the local Z axis of this panel points upwards rather than downwards check the shape of its deformation and see if it is as expected. If not, find the reason why it doesn't. The reinforcement is based on the results of the static analysis and you should look at them first.

Local axis with the global anaprilina, looked at the results, the model is not found what is wrong , send model. If you can, please take a look.

If you ask whether the reinforcement corresponds to the shape of the deformation then the answer is yes. If you ask if the results of the static analysis (or shall I wrote assumptions you made for a slab thickness and KZ) then I'm not in the position to tell and that's going to be your decision.

If you have walls on top of this raft foundation try to model them as vertical panels (plus additionally also a slab on top of them) and see how this works together. If you see big difference you may want to use such model instead.

In addition you need to define horizontal supports which can be either elastic (defined in the same way as KZ) or jusr UX and UY nodal / surface supports.
