I have some difficulties to understand how to set foundation level.

I always get a warning that there is no contact between soil and foundation.

This seems more like too large overturning moment comparing to the stabilizing one or perhaps the uplift is larger than the weight of the foundation itself.

It is indeed a problem of too big efforts for the foundation formwork.
However, the wording of the warning can be interpreted as a bad description of the ground.
