Fire protection - steel design

Hi

I am wondering if someone could illustrate how to calculate necessary thickness of a given material for fire design.

Also, I am curios to know what the following means;

Thanks in advance

You make the assumption and run verification against defined fire type combinations. If the ratio is above 1 then you increase the thickness of the protection and check again.

Also, I am curios to know what the following means;

7 is the number of  the bar from a model.

See the attached picture. Mind that the option is available for EC3 based steel design codes.
