Hello,

I had a big structure in a file wich weight 11Mb, the I select all the bars and nodes and delete everything. Then save and my surprise is that the file still weight 11Mb. I create a single bar, calculate it to erease previous model, save...and again 11Mb.

So the question is, how can I use the previous file as a template (deleting bars and nodes) but not of 11Mb?

Open it in repair mode with bars, nodes, things containing what you want to keep (1 example of each is enough), should be less than 11Mb.

It think if you open it in repair mode but empty, it will also delete what you wanted to keep. Try.

You can also try to save it with a different name it reduces the size a bit.
