EC8 Reduction Factors & Displacements

Hi all,

When looking at limitation of interstorey drift in EC8 'for buildings having ductile non-structural elements: dr v = 0.0075h' [cl 4.4.3.2(b)]

'dr = design interstory drift [cl 4.4.2.2(2)], evaluated as the difference of the average lateral displacements ds where ds = qd*de [cl 4.3.4(1)] and qd is the behaviour factor which means when I look at displacements that this qd value will be incorporated into the displacement result.. 

Does RSA also take the v value into account where v is 'the reduction factor which takes into the lower return period of the seismic action associated witht he damage limitation requirement?'
