DWG Background problem

Hi to everyone!

I have such an issue. I was designing a simple slab in robot and using a dwg background for that. When I assigned a countour I switch off the background because then I didn't need it (made a pulp light off) but now I can't switch it on. Are there some restrictions on using backgrounds?

Update Robot with SP2
Clear robot cfgusr folder and windows %temp% folder before next robot start.
If it does not help please send me model and background file.

I've already had the latest update (SP2). Do I need to do that? I just don't know where is that cfgusr folder located(
