Dramatic results change after file opened in repair mode

I have a file 200mb in size file which runs fine, no incoherent meshes or isolated node etc and gives results as i expect. However when i open in repair mode i have to recalculate and then it says i have an incoherent mesh on edges (by my slab core) and the results are dramatically different.

Please help, i have done this several times and the same things keep happening. i want to repair it becasue the file keeps crashing and i am assuming the size has something to do with it. the file file is only 4mb,

1. Your results are wrong because you have many instabilities type 1 in your oroginal model. Either delete releases on columns at supports side or apply there fixed supports.

2. Freeze panels

3. Save file

4 Open file in repair mode as described here :

Corrected file attached.
