Design Spreadsheets for Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2015

Hi,

New version of Spreadsheets Calculator is available since yesterday.

Does somebody know if that version works with MS Office (Excel) 2013 ?

Thanks

No, the supported versions of Excel are the same as for the older versions of SC.

This is not a good news  😞

A lot of firms have Office 2013 installed and it seems to be necessary to go back to Excel 2010.

I suppose that Autodesk knows that problem (?)

Is there any other solution ?

Thank you for your reply

No, there is no other solution as the newer version of Excel is not supported.

Thank you for the feedback.  As you may be aware, we have begun to support Office 2013 with Project Octopus available here on Autodesk labs (http://autode.sk/1tyC2ZT). Please join that project and provide your feedback to help guide the development efforts.  We look forward to hearing more from you.

Thank you bmfrank

Project Octopus seems to be instersting to input datas and show results with Excel 2013 from RSA.

But is there a link also with Design Spreassheet Calculator ?

My actual problem is that I bougth a software with a complementary module which doesn't work !!!

And the main problem is that Autodesk never gave me a real answer how this problem will be corrected.

(I suppose there are more than millions users who got the same problematic ... And only you can give us the solution.

Thank you for your answer

Cordialously

RJ
