Convergence problem CABLE

Hello,

I am modeling a structure hanging from cables. I do not understand why the calculation does not converge. If instead of vertical cables I replace they with internal constraints (eg pinned link), the convergence problem disappears.

Thank you for your attention,

Daniele

Start with elongation relative -(minus)0.01

Thank you,
the calculation converges. Refining the mesh I get a very strange deformation of the cable, which moves upward with downward curvature. It seems to me that the loads are in the correct direction, so you ask you what can be had.

Thank you,

Daniele

I'm sorry,

this is the correct file.

It means that the cable curves you have drawn are not the optimal ones and you got kind of stifening effect.
Try \ start from elongation = 0 for cables 78to87
