Combinations and envelops

Hello

I would like to know if there is there any possibility to create an envelope from uniform  live load.

Let say that I have a three span bridge and I have linear uniform traffic load,

It can exist on every span or none of them, on every second span and it can also exist  on part of each span.

Can I divide this uniform load in strips and add it to envelope with condition whether it is favourable or unfavourable?
