Column with section change

Hi all

I am having a problem with a cross section of the column changes

 this imange

Try to define horizontal offset at the top of the column.  Mind that a bar element is just the line that represents the center of the section with assigned attributes such as profile type.

The other option is just move the top node towards the middle of a frame. See the frame model attached to http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Robot-Structural/Design-colum-Steel-of-Robot/td-p/3562338 (message 10).
