Changes after repairing the model

I repaired my model. After i run calculation, i got strange results. When i checked converted loads in dynamic analysis, i found strange things. Instead case 1(self weight - i ignore it in other tab) program defined case 0(see attached picture)! What else this program can change after repairing? Do I need to check all my loads and other things????

Romanich, I did all according to your russian link. now it works worser(see attached picture). Now all cases defined as 0. I can't understand how this program works.

so, we have a fact. Program creates huge number invisible nodes, which influence on calculation time and even on quality of the generated mesh(i check it). It is impossible to delete these nodes(support doesn't give solutions). I found a way to repair the model, in this case i can see this nodes and i can delete them. But in repaired model i lose a lot of information. And nobody can't say which information. This is a mistery! So, what i have to do? To make a new model??

Please save non-recovered file under new name without results, zip it and send to me.

See attached picture. This is printscreen from your model. Question - why load cases are changes? Another question - what other kinds of changes i can expect in my model?
