Try to enlarge (make longer and wider) reinforcement zones. They seem to be slightly smaller than the slab (the zones can be defined beyond the edges of the slab).

Thank you Artur. I fixed the error using a defined spacing betwwn reinforcing bars and changing bar sizes. I appreciate.
