bending moment and shear force of shear wall

salut

 

how to get the bending moment and shear force of shear wall and shear wall with opening,graphically and by tables

**i need videos or images or any documents if possible.

You have 2 ways to do this :

 

1- You can easily sum te reations (M,N) of nodes of walls .

Results >> reactions - you copy them to excel and make sum of them .

2-you can define each wall as core wall .After calculation , you can get results of these core walls . You will find each with its reaction directly .

You may also want to check the Reduced Results for Panel table and Panel Cuts but mind that due to the shape function of surface elements in Robot the total shear value may not be exact (denser meshing makes them more accurate).
