Autodesk ROBOT?

Hello everyone,

excuse me for maybe ridiculous question, but I can't find forum for Autodesk ROBOT product?  Does enyone know where I can put my questions in relation to ROBOT software (I have questions about pushover analysis in that product).

For me, it looks like Robot is too small product to Autodesk, to be worth of any service ?

As you may have noticed AUGI has gone through a rebuild, where all Robot-related stuff has vanised

and there is NO word of Robot anywhere any more. AUGI is nominated official Robot forum by Autodesk,

as can be seen from Help-menu line.

We have a valid subscription for robot and I have sent a serious question 3.th of Dec. but haven't

recieved any reply yet. I'm quite disappointed now and am seriously considering abondon robot.

Thank you for answer - yes, I agree with you, this is shame. I have been using ROBOT before it bought by AutoDesk and at this time we have proper technical support. Now we even don't know where we going to send our questions? This is not the case with  other similar software like SAP or STAD...This is pity, because I think that ROBOT have a quality more in relation with these software, especially in the field of dimensioning - but, unfortunately it seems that Autodesk completely cut out developing of ROBOT? Why they bought it in first place?!?!?

unfortunately there is no dedicated Robot group on this forum yet.

Product support of Robot  is also avalable through resellers or in case of active subscription it is available using 

Subscription Center
