Assign elements (nodes, bars or panels) to a group?

Hi,

Is it possible to assign elements (nodes, bars or panels) to a group and after that select then with one command? For example: I'm trying to select 8 node loads from more than 100 node loads in different stories. Is it possible to select then at once rather selecting one by one?

Yes, highlight group name in Selection window and press DEL key on keyboard
