In english :

I would like to modelize a concrete wall with continuous (linear) support instead of having several node supports.

thanks

You can apply linear support but for FEM calculations it will be distributed to nodes on such edge.

Hi, change structure type to shell for example.

My model is a wood frame, If I create the linear support by changing the type of structure, is it possible to go back in the spatial structure type without loosing any information?

Another questions : how changing the structure type without loosing all my presentation of arrays (desktop model)?

thanks

What is the current structure type? You can not create Wall panel in Frame Structure type. It must be Shell structure type.

You will not loose any information while changing structure type - you may get only incompatible model with structure type if you change for example shell model with panels to frame model , 3D model onto 2D.

I do not get - change stucture type and check.
