A problem encountered during analysis

Could anyone please help me to solve this attached problem encountered during analysis time?

Basically this is an underground MRT station structure supported by perimeter D-Walls and internal piles. D-Wall toe is modelled as pinned support and piles are modelled as non-liner spring (tension and compression)

When the pile toe is modelled as pinned end, there is no error and liner analysis is performed well....

Try

 

on non-linear parameters , mark the " matrix update after each iteration" box.
