http://docs.autodesk.com/RSA/2012/ENU/filesROBOT/GUID-6774D010-E6B5-430D-9379-678ECB43245-479.htm

"Data that specifies the soil work that results from the displacement of a retaining element. The displacement is defined using the rotation element r, which is assumed to be approximately equal to: f/H (wall top displacement / element height). The soil work mode can be determined as:

- Active pressure Ka -> ρa ≤ ρ < 0

- Static pressure Ko -> ρ = 0

- Passive pressure Kp -> 0 < ρ ≤ ρp"

so specify f/H as -0.406 or 0.406 or calculated f/H

Expand the load selection list and select one of the loads. This should result in display of this load at the top of the soil load dialog. Then follow the steps indicated in my previous answer.

In general Robot is not intended for this kind of calculations. It is due to the fact that you need to define some boundary conditions (supports) to converge the analysis (that cannot be achieved based on finding the equilibrium of applied loads with no supports defined).
