Parameter is incorrect

Hi!

I have unusual problem.

When I try to save my printout as a html, I get the following error:

"The parameter is incorrect."

And that's all. What parameter? Why? Smiley Frustrated

And that happens no matter which model I choose or make.

Because of this error there is no way for me to get a html printout.

See image attached.

After I unchecked option "Title page" under "Header/footer" tab in "Page Setup" there is no more problem with html creation.

Problem with .rtf stays, sometimes it creates .rtf but it won't let me open it.

And when Robot reports "The parameter is incorrect." when I try to export to rtf, it often crashes after that error.

I am talking with myself  😄

Have you tried to clear cfgusr folder before robot start?

Yes, I've done it just now, but "The parameter is incorrect" still appears until I uncheck "Title page" option.

And, I've manage to get rtf file but it is messed up and it is not displaying image.

I am attaching the generated rtf.

(I've made a backup of cfgusr folder  😉  )
