Error Beam_Provided Reinforcement

Hi,

 

I´m designing a beam and i get some calculation error that i just don´t know where to go to correct them,

can anyone help me to correct them?

I used the required reinforcements and i just get very different results than in the provided reinforcement, how can i get similar results?
