Worksharing Permisions for Analytical Model

Hi there,

I'd like to create a worksharing environment where the drafter works on plans/sections and the engineer works with analytical model simultaneously. However when analytical editting, revit pops a warnings which states: "Permission to edit the element cannot be obtained.Changes will be temporary"

Until the drafter synchronizes his model the analytical edit cannot be done. For example drafter is working on View:"Section:S-01" and engineer wants to edit View:"3D View: Analytical Model" but he cannot.

Our worksets are created as names of users and all of the model elements are registered to engineer. What is the best practice to "always" permit analytical editing for engineer no matter what.

Thanks
