USB building suite design 2013, no family templates

Hi,

In revit 2013, no family templates. The building design suite ultimate 2013was installed from the authorized Autodesk USB.

In option/file location it says: Default path for family templates files => C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2013\Family Templates\English

In this case ProgramData folder does not exist at all in C:

Any suggestion?

the program data folder is a hidden folder that windows hides

you may have skipped the content installation portion of the install.  Go to Add/Remove programs in Control Panel, and run a "repair" of Revit.  When the installer re-launches, one of the options will be to install content.  Put the USB in before running the "repair"
