I can copied a fill region boundary from the floor above using the copy command and then pasting by using the align to the selected view. the plan region has copied to the level I need to but I am unable to select the boundary.
Can someone tell me how to fix this and/or why this happens.

Hi Kevin. Can you expand on your problem? I am able to copy and paste a filled region from one level to the other and hvae no problem selecting their boundaries, adjust region extents, etc.
