I'm paying Autodesk annually to send me a copy.......I've already spoken to my provider customer no-service.
The DVD are shipped via Fedex, who apparently staggers the shipping of them.
Your reseller does not control, or can find out anything about it for at
least 30 days after first customer ship (because it is all automated from
Autodesk to Fedex to your door.

Even if you did download it, you will have a 30 day trial, until you get
your new serial number. Hopefully the new one comes before 30 days.
Secondly, there is no support for Etabs, Ram Steel or Risa yet. You also
cannot save backwards.
