SOFiSTiK Reinforcement Detailing 2014 issue

Hi there. I am currently using the program: SOFiSTiK Reinforcement Detailing 2014,  as an extension for Revit.  But I am running in some problem when I am using Hide and Tag Rebars command for an area reinforcement in floors. At one floor it works fine but when I go to the next level this error message pops up:

     Error – cannot be ingored:

    „An internal error occurred. The command cannot be continued.

     Please contact our support hotline.

     Exception message: The line is not in the plane of view.

     Parameter name: line“

I was thinking this was something to do with view range or something like that but cant figure this out. Do you have any idea what might be the problem?

Dear user,

we recently submitted a new version to exchange apps, fixing some issues. Please check whether you use this version.
