I have major lag/slowness working in revit structure 2012 with linked .sat files from rhino. What I did is I've exported the file from rhino as a .sat file (~65mb). Then, In revit I created an in-place family and linked the .sat file there. When ever i want to view the model in 3D it takes about 30min. to process data. Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone had success importing Rhino files into Revit doing it this way? I'm open to new suggestions... Greatly appreciated!
