Revit structure - Room bounding?!

Hello,

Im Clash detecting my Civils model against the architects model in Navisworks.

(Both exported from Revit 2012 as cache file files,  Revit Structure for the Civils and Revit Architecture for the architects)

I think the architect is using 'room bounding'? these rooms come up as mass areas in navisworks, these inturn clash with absolutely everything!

Using Revit structure or Navisworks is there a way to turn these rooms off? or delete? or not clash against?

This clash detection is a weekly process and with many other models, any suggestions would help,

Can you ask the architect to not export the rooms? If you get the Revit file from the architect can you turn off the rooms prior to exporting to Navisworks? Are you aware that you can turn off rooms in Navisworks?
