Revit Structure 2013

Standard family files are missing from my Revit Structure 2013. The folders are present, but they are empty. The program otherwise seems to operate normally. Any thoughts?

Sounds like the download of content may not have completed.

Try this:

If not, go to add/remove programs in control panel and re-run the Revit installer as a repair. You will be prompted to install content.

I tried a repair but that would not work. Autodesk told me to do a clean uninstall and then reinstall. That worked.
