Revit 2015 arrayelemsdb.dll not loading issue

Seems my 2015 Revit structure is giving me the error (revit could not load C:\programfiles\autodesk\revit structure2015\arrayelemsdb.dll)

When I google it all I get is solutions for all the earlier versions of Revit.  Nothing for 2015.

Need a solution before I begin the tedious process of removing all of 2015 and reinstalling.

I have observed this as well.  I loaded off of a autodesk USB install key and then updated all service packs, hot fixes etc that apply to the premium suite. 

Previous fixes (for 2014) state that we should find the file with a version number stuck on the end and then delete it.  Example:

Revit is looking for:     arrayelemsdb.dll

find                            arrayelemsdb.37787844.dll

which was mis-named during a update/hotfix, and manually rename this to the original file.

The issue with this problem is that there is NO misnamed file "arrayelemsdb.dll"  the closest file sort of matching that name is "ArrayElemsDB.dll"

can someone over at autodesk help?
