problem in putting rebar in structural slab

                                           how to put rebar in slab with specifing the lap and lap distance in the slab which is having  a shaft opening  using which tool we can draw this 

can we use the rebar tool for this condition 

another problem is how to put curved rebar in the slab ,   and also it should be used for creating varing curved rebar ,our purpose is for creating shopdrawing
