problem in creation of new rebar family

while creating new familly and hosting it in the structure it is not properly fillting inside the host when the bar length is changed the rebar get out of host

Before you put rebar in the concrete beam, make sure you have already setup reinforcement setting. This link can explain how to put rebar in concrete beam :
