Inclination of the top of a foundation slab

Hi all I've been working with the model of a small infrastructure for an air release valve, as shown in the figure in attachment. Although, when modelling it with the use of a floor, there is no problem. But I also need to do it in the structural model by using a foundation slab. For joining the structural, architectural and MEP models for planning, scheduling and costs control. Is there any chances of modelling this slope in the foundation slab in REVIT 2014? If not, what is the suggestion to do it. Many thanks for your help, your time and all your attention.

A structural slab is able to have a slope arrow added while editing it. After placing and selecting a slope arrow, edit it's properties for head offset and/or tail offset.
