Identical assemblies not getting the same name.

I have created a group of precast concrete columns that are identical in all parameters and have a single mark name. When I create assemblies sometimes they get the same name and sometimes not.  I have checked every parameter and component and there is no differences.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

Can you post a file somewhere that we could look at it?

In general, not just the parameters of the element are used in assembly matching, but also the geometry, so joins may affect this.
