Basically, analytical slab and wall edge is automatically aligned with auto-detect.

Select the anlayticla slab.  Check, what is set at the Edge Horizontal Alignemnet settings?

What is the tolerance value set in the Analyticla Model settings?

Go to the Analyticla Adjust mode if you want to modify projuction manually.

Can you upload your model to Dropbox or A360 disk?

I'm not sure which Revit version you use. I was trying to correct the model using RST 2013.

You can find the model on Dropbox:

Correcting manualy nodes position in the Analytilcal Adjust mode you can obtain a coherent analytical model.

Maybe there are still small incoherency along these curved edges.

Building structurla model you should keep in mind analytical one and simplify the geometry.

For example use straight segments instead of arcs.  Avoid small curbes on a floor boundary.
